Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:
  • Products must be unused, unopened and kept in original factory packaging.
  • Opened, used or partially consumed pest control and gardening products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • You must provide valid order proof or purchase receipt.
  • Merchandise sent back without prior return approval will be rejected.

3. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at support@PottedPlantWorld.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely repack the item with original packaging and attach the provided label before shipping back.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective, Wrong or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Return Address

Do not send items to the manufacturer. All returns must be delivered to our official facility:

6. Refund Process

We will inspect all returned goods upon arrival. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.
